Per quanto ne so, è loro responsabilità mantenere la proprietà e i terreni comuni.
Il fidanzato del presidente è un "imprenditore". Il suo carro attrezzi arrugginito sembra essere parcheggiato sul retro della proprietà vicino al parco per cani. Fa parte del nostro comitato finanziario, suo figlio era un appaltatore
