Conosco e lavoro con Chuck e Geoquest da oltre 10 anni su dozzine di lavori che abbiamo svolto. Tutto, da semplici dettagli strutturali a progetti molto complessi in cui abbiamo sollevato e livellato case in collina e modificato 1895 vittoriane in moderne planimetrie aperte senza disturbare il loro "fascino". Posso dire senza equivoci che si sono comportati in modo eccellente.
Può essere un po 'frustrante quando non abbandonano tutti gli altri loro impegni e tendono immediatamente al mio, ma questa è una semplice realtà della vita e onestamente, un riflesso della nostra mentalità dovuta al vivere nell'era del tutto on demand.
Il segreto non è così complicato. Pianifica il lavoro, metti insieme un programma realistico e aspetta il tuo turno.

Avevano fatto un campione di terreno per un edificio su cui volevo fare un'aggiunta. In primo luogo mi hanno fatto pagare 200 dollari perché il loro ingegnere venisse fuori e bs perché non sono sicuro di quanto tempo quando mi sembra che avrebbero potuto semplicemente ordinare il test del suolo. Quindi non sono nemmeno a conoscenza del costo di 200 dollari fino a quando non ricevo una lettera mesi dopo che dice che se non l'ho pagato il mese scorso (poiché è già scaduto) ci sarà una commissione.
Poi quando la città si presenta per contrassegnare l'area (per la quale hanno detto che sarebbe stato presente un ingegnere) sto cercando di capire da solo cosa fare.
Quindi chiamo la loro reception e chiedo all'addetto alla reception cosa dire al ragazzo della città. Non sa nemmeno chi sono o cosa dirgli o come cercare quelle informazioni. Quindi le dico grazie e arrivederci per essere gentile, a cui lei ha risposto "Non sono sicura di come ho aiutato". Quindi dico al ragazzo di città di segnare tutto e possono capire la posizione del buco.
Purtroppo li ho pagati con assegno il primo giorno in cui è uscito il loro ingegnere. Quindi avrebbero dovuto registrarmi e onestamente non erano sicuri del motivo per cui non hanno incassato i "200 dollari che gli dovevo" nello stesso momento in cui ho tagliato l'assegno per il test del suolo. L'intera cosa è incasinata.
Quindi nel loro rapporto dicono che abbiamo detto loro dove perforare il tutto. (Che non ho detto loro nulla su dove perforare, non sul mio lavoro) Quando avrebbe dovuto essere di nuovo supervisionato da un ingegnere.
Poi riceviamo il verbale, nessuna spiegazione, solo una richiesta di firmare un documento che dice che diremo a chiunque voglia acquistare l'immobile in futuro i risultati del test. Quando non so nemmeno cosa c'è dentro o se è stato fatto bene.
Questa compagnia è una farsa. In conclusione, non mi fiderei mai più di loro per niente.
