Oakhurst. Gandy ha fatto una cattiva costruzione nei condomini di Oakhurst per cominciare e ha dovuto fare diverse riparazioni all'edificio, inclusa la risoluzione dei problemi di fondazione e un'enorme crepa nel muro perché le fondamenta non erano state costruite bene, ma oltre a questo stanno fregando i residenti Condos a Oakhurst ancora una volta da lì stupido segno che hanno.
C'è un pezzo di terra che non è abbastanza grande per costruire un condominio e non hanno davvero intenzione di farlo, ma hanno dovuto fare qualcosa con il terreno per qualche motivo, probabilmente per mantenere attivo un prestito edilizio o qualcosa del genere. Non stanno davvero progettando di costruire un altro edificio, questo è il punto. Affermano che stanno mettendo unità di studio in cui sarebbe devastante per i condomini perché il cartello dice $ 90.000 !!! ~ Mi prendi in giro?
Stiamo cercando di vendere unità che valgono di più che avere un paragonabile di $ 90.000 nella porta accanto per uno studio nuovo di zecca. Le unità studio non appartengono a Oakhurst! Siamo una casa di città a 3 camere da letto e un condominio a 2 camere da letto. Il rapporto di locazione è basso in questo momento. Le unità Studio non appartengono, ma è comunque falso, quindi dubito che le stiano costruendo, ma per quelli di noi che hanno un'unità da vendere non va bene per i potenziali acquirenti.
Questa non è una comunità in affitto e se diventa così, perderemo l'idoneità per le persone a finanziare determinati modi in futuro quando acquistano le nostre unità. Abbiamo due condomini che sono entrambe residenze al Terraces at Oakhurst.
Uno di questi lo stiamo vendendo, quindi quando le persone vedono la nostra unità e poi vanno a ritirarsi dal quartiere e vedono un cartello per unità nuove di zecca a $ 90.000 !!!!! 20.000 dollari sotto il prezzo dei condomini. Le persone che mostrano il nostro condominio non hanno modo di sapere quando vedono quel segno che sono studi e non gli piace l'idea che un altro edificio sia proprio lì. Anche se è un FALSO cantiere !!!
È un modo per scopare le persone che hanno acquistato una proprietà da te, ma Gandy non ha esattamente la reputazione di preoccuparsi di ciò che stanno facendo alle loro comunità dopo che sono state vendute !! Non consiglierei di acquistare nulla da questa azienda. È davvero uno schiaffo in faccia mettere quel cartello a Oakhurst e deve venire giù come ieri. Le persone sono indignate !!! È stato chiesto loro di demolirlo più volte e la città di Cornelius non glielo farà togliere. Jerks.
Non mi trasferirò in nessun'altra comunità di Gandy. Alla famiglia Gandy potrebbe importare di meno quello che ci stanno facendo qui alle Terrazze con il loro orribile segno.
