Avevo acquistato una batteria per il mio servizio escooter era di bassa classe e nessun supporto da parte del proprietario. Avevo restituito la batteria ma hanno perso 1 mese per il rimborso.

Servizio terribile.
Ho acquistato l'atomizzatore (macchina del fumo) una settimana fa ... la macchina funziona bene fino ad oggi ma il servizio è stato molto lento. Il proprietario ha promesso di consegnare quella macchina lo stesso giorno e quindi ho effettuato il pagamento online. La sera mi è stato detto che l'ugello era difettoso e quindi la macchina non può essere azionata. Questo tipo di scuse è durato fino a 5 giorni e alla fine ho ottenuto la mia macchina dopo 5 giorni di lotta. Per prima cosa ho pensato che a volte questo potesse accadere e mantenendo la fiducia ho ordinato la soluzione atomizzatore e il kit DPI su base urgente. Prima di ordinare ero impegnato alle 14:00 ma come prima c'erano delle scuse ogni volta che chiamavo. Sono stato impegnato l'ultima volta alle 16:15 e quando ho chiamato il proprietario era così scortese che non può essere spiegato qui e mi ha urlato dicendo che doveva gestire molti clienti, è impegnato e gli è stato detto di comprare il detto materiale da qualsiasi altro negozio e conservato il telefono. Non acquistare da Future Lighting Solutions e se vuoi acquistare, acquista a tuo rischio.
Un tale perdente ...... ora il proprietario risponde che sono stato testato COVID positivo e quindi non ha consegnato il prodotto a casa mia mentre fino ad oggi non sono risultato positivo al test. Il servizio di Future Lighting Solutions era fasullo, ma ora anche il proprietario sembra fornire false scuse. Terribile da parte loro.
