I found the fitness programs to be just average, nothing exceptional. The website was informative, but the overall experience left me wanting more.

I've been a loyal customer of Flexfitness for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about them. The trainers are knowledgeable and always push me to be my best. The classes are challenging but fun. I can see the changes in my body and overall fitness level. Flexfitness is definitely the best gym in town!
