Non sono rimasto colpito dai servizi che ho ricevuto da questa azienda. Ho contattato Jim Debellis l'anno scorso come un nuovo cliente che aveva da poco aperto una piccola impresa, ed era quindi fuori dal mio elemento, cosa su cui mi è stato molto chiaro nel mio primo e UNICO incontro con un nuovo contabile. Ho portato con me tutti i miei documenti e ho fatto preparare il mio conto profitti e perdite da un contabile esterno. Beh, inizialmente ho dovuto ricontattarlo due volte per assicurarmi che il mio ritorno fosse stato inviato; Ho presentato tutte le informazioni per il mio ritorno all'inizio di gennaio e non è stato fino a marzo quando ho contattato di nuovo e ho scoperto che non era mai stato archiviato perché "perso sotto altri documenti sulla sua scrivania". Quindi, per il pagamento delle mie tasse trimestrali non sono mai stato ricontattato, incorrendo così in ritardi. Questo è successo ancora una volta prima che decidessi di cercare altrove e che non venissi trattato come una priorità in questa azienda. Allora dissi a Jim che non ero rimasto impressionato dalla gestione del mio account da quando ero stato un cliente lì e non ero sicuro che i servizi fossero eseguiti correttamente o in tempo. La mia ultima comunicazione con Jim è stata a settembre, dopodiché gli ho detto che non avrei più avuto bisogno dei suoi servizi e di contattarmi per qualsiasi altra cosa. Il 19 dicembre ho ricevuto una fattura per i servizi eseguiti un ANNO fa per il DOPPIO di quanto ho pagato il mio nuovo commercialista per presentarmi, e ho avuto più comunicazioni nelle prime 24 ore di incontro con questo nuovo contabile di quante ne avessi in 6 mesi di lavoro con Flaherty e Salmin. Molto deluso dalla professionalità e dalla gestione dei miei conti; Ritengo inoltre che le eventuali commissioni per il ritardo emesse per il mio ritorno quest'anno dovrebbero essere interamente detratte dalla mia fattura. Un'applogy, via e-mail, è stata rilasciata dopo il primo deposito tardivo, anche se non è mai stato fatto nulla per correggere tutti gli altri errori commessi. Ciliegina sulla torta? Il mio nuovo commercialista ha riscontrato vari problemi con il deposito che è STATO fatto in questa azienda, affermando che ci sono più "errori di ufficio" che ha dovuto correggere prima di inviare il mio ritorno quest'anno. NON CONSIGLIARE.
