La peggiore esperienza di sempre !!! questo è di gran lunga il peggior studio pediatrico di tutta la città di el monte. Ho portato mia figlia in caso di emergenza, mi è stato detto che i walkin erano accettati prima delle 15:00, quindi sono arrivato prima delle 15:00. Il personale non era affatto amichevole, non si curava o aiutava con nulla, erano più nel loro cellulare personale che nell'aiutare i pazienti. Ho aspettato lì per circa 3 ore per essere visto dal dottore, non una volta il personale ha cercato di accogliere la lunga attesa, non ci hanno nemmeno controllato o ci hanno detto scusa per l'attesa, il dottore ti vedrà presto. Mi hanno dato una ricetta che apparentemente non era adatta a un bambino di 3 anni (pillole) il farmacista ha cercato di aiutare chiamando il medico e chiedendo loro di cambiare la prescrizione con un antibiotico liquido ma il medico non ha risposto fino al giorno successivo e quando hanno risposto hanno semplicemente detto di rompere le pillole o di darle a mio figlio in una banana. Che tipo di pediatra è così irrilevante da dirmi di rompere le pillole nel cibo di mio figlio invece di cambiare la prescrizione. Questo è uno studio molto poco professionale tutto intorno dal personale di ricevimento al medico. STAI LONTANO!!!! Ho finito di portare mio figlio dal suo medico curante e le è stata data la prescrizione corretta e ora si sente meglio.
