Quando siamo sfidati ad aiutare i nostri cari a volte diventiamo ansiosi e o nervosi nel modo in cui possiamo assisterli, specialmente quando sono in ospedale. Bene, oggi per me e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati di fronte a una di quelle sfide e avevamo bisogno di trovare un servizio di ambulanza dove poter trasportare dall'ospedale a casa nostra. Ho contattato First Med e sono stata subito assistita, si tratta di mia nonna che ha 88 anni e non riesce a camminare tanto perché ha molti problemi articolari e di salute. First Med ha lavorato come una squadra e ha reso il processo così fluido che non c'erano problemi e/o la corsa in giro. Sono così professionali che trovare le qualità è difficile in questi giorni. Queste persone sono così premurose e amorevoli che hanno trattato mia nonna come se fosse la loro amata. Sono stato estremamente toccato da ogni singola persona che ha prestato la sua mano per assicurare lei e me stesso che non preoccuparti, siamo qui per te.

Consiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia bisogno di qualsiasi tipo di servizio quando si tratta di trasporto. Se posso valutare 10 stelle senza esitazioni, lo farei. Forniscono servizi al di sopra e al di là, servizi dove oggigiorno è difficile trovare. Grazie First Med per ogni aspetto del percorso.
