Ho appena chiuso il mio account a causa di molti problemi, a partire da questo account è impostato solo per depositare denaro e pagare l'affitto da. Ma OGNI mese non riesco a tirare fuori i soldi per pagare l'affitto. Si rifiutano di dare un prelievo bancomat superiore a $ 300, per un conto corrente, questa non è una carta di credito.
La mia carta è stata rubata a un certo punto e sono stati effettuati addebiti fraudolenti, sono entrato per presentare un reclamo e ho sentito il cassiere parlare con il manager dicendo che non pensa che questo sia vero, perché il mio saldo si azzera sempre. (Perché questo account ha ricevuto solo denaro sufficiente per pagare l'affitto e si cancella il primo di ogni mese).
Onestamente non mi sono mai sentito così mancato di rispetto.
Ora, dopo aver chiuso il mio conto bancario e lasciato la mia carta di debito, mi stanno dicendo che se qualcuno cerca di cambiare automaticamente o tirare qualcosa con quel numero di carta mai più, riaprirà il conto bancario, accumulerà commissioni di scoperto e commissioni mensili.
Questo è il motivo per cui sono entrato per chiudere l'account. Annullalo completamente e ho lasciato la mia carta lì. Ma a quanto pare posso aspettarmi altri incubi da questa istituzione.

Questo posto è pieno di banchieri spietati e disonesti. Stai lontano a tutti i costi. Vincent Sullivan, un agente di prestito, e il suo capo, il capo del dipartimento dei mutui -qualcuno con il cognome di Harvell- ti guideranno in giro promettendoti che il tuo mutuo si chiuderà in tempo, riscuoterà ogni sorta di tasse in anticipo e poi cosa che sai il sottoscrittore torna e rifiuta il tuo prestito. A quel punto non hanno nemmeno la decenza di confessare di essere incompetenti e orribili nel loro lavoro. STARE LONTANO A TUTTI I COSTI.
Il direttore della filiale è meraviglioso e mi ha aiutato con le mie esigenze bancarie. Il personale è cordiale, consiglierò sicuramente questa banca a tutti i miei amici e familiari!
