Il text banking / online banking non funziona e non lo fa mai dopo 4 anni di attività bancaria con loro.

Nessun problema con questa posizione solo qui per lamentarsi della loro patetica app che non accetta mai alcun controllo a causa della sua incompetenza. Seriamente, cresceresti di clienti se la tua app non fosse spazzatura. Inoltre, controlla meglio la filiale di Hampton perché hanno un disperato bisogno di essere rimproverati e il bancomat è sempre fermo per manutenzione.

No, ripeto non usare questa banca. Lavoro in questa banca da oltre 10 anni e non si preoccupano assolutamente di nessuna persona. Riguardano i soldi. Il mio account è stato violato per $ 29 (l'ho scoperto in anticipo). Ho cancellato la carta. Il giorno dopo sono andato in banca e mi hanno informato che avrei dovuto pagare $ 30 per contestare e pagare $ 25 per una nuova carta. Ero livido. Quindi la mia carta è stata presa al bancomat della filiale principale e ho dovuto pagare un'altra carta. Hanno incasinato la scheda e l'uomo al viaggio ha iniziato a riderci sopra. Oggi sono andato a riprendermi i soldi e mi hanno detto di no. La signora responsabile Anita ha mandato qualcuno per dirmi che non si poteva fare. Ottimo servizio clienti. Inutile dire che ora sono un mecenate per sempre della United Bank in Griffin. Si preoccupano delle persone !!!!
