Non andare mai in questo istituto per finanziare il tuo mutuo. Sono irresponsabili, disorganizzati e con la sensazione che il cliente debba aspettare la loro estrema lentezza e arroganza.
Sono in chiusura con loro da 7 mesi e mezzo, è tutto approvato, ma nessuno sa dirmi esattamente perché non arriva l'orario di chiusura, negli ultimi 2 mesi mi hanno detto che nella prossima settimana mi danno una data di chiusura e no non ricevo chiamate. Quando chiamo, mi chiedono documenti che ho già consegnato in molte occasioni e quindi ancora oggi continuo ad aspettare.
Anche con i soldi, altri mutui continuano a chiudere casi in meno di 2 mesi, quindi la scusa COVID è del tutto inaccettabile. Non ho cercato un altro istituto perché per finire non mi restituirebbero la stima e gli altri pagamenti che ho già dato loro
