Servizio orribile. Abbiamo deciso di iscrivere mia figlia a Figures Table View. Dopo alcuni mesi ha deciso di non partecipare più a causa di molte lezioni saltate e per il dispendio di tempo in quanto era in matrice in quel periodo (da settembre a novembre) e ha chiesto la disdetta del contratto. Non abbiamo mai ricevuto una copia del contratto che abbiamo firmato. Avevamo chiamato, inviato messaggi ed e-mail senza alcun risultato. Avevamo bisogno di annullare il contratto in modo che potessero interrompere l'ordine di addebito, che hanno continuato a detrarre denaro dal mio conto nonostante mia figlia non partecipasse più alle lezioni. Inizialmente ci è stato detto che c'erano 30 giorni di preavviso per l'annullamento del contratto e hanno promesso di inviare il contratto dopo il nostro primo pagamento, ma non è mai stato ricevuto. Nessuno ha risposto alle nostre lamentele fino a molto tempo dopo, ricevendo il contratto solo mesi dopo aver comunicato la partenza da Figures. Sicuramente uno schema per fare soldi. Stanno ancora deducendo denaro da noi mentre parliamo nonostante la richiesta di annullamento. Mia figlia aveva deciso all'ultimo minuto di ritirarsi dal prossimo evento prima di lasciare le lezioni. Solo per scoprire dopo aver guardato le foto che sono state pubblicate che tutte le ragazze della sua classe (che erano tutte nere, di colore e lei era l'unica ragazza indiana) non avevano foto di loro sui social delle aziende e inoltre non avevano vinto premi. Era stato sicuramente mostrato un sottile razzismo poiché la sua classe aveva solo ragazze di colore ed era l'ultima classe della giornata. È molto triste vedere che ciò accada quando questo è pensato per essere un luogo di opportunità per le ragazze, non un posto per derubarle.
