Ho appena avuto un'esperienza molto deludente con questo venditore su Chrono24. Ho effettuato un ordine per un orologio Patek Philippe apparentemente mai indossato e l'ho pagato per intero e ho aspettato che il venditore lo spedisse. Pochi giorni dopo ho ricevuto un messaggio dal venditore poco prima della spedizione, che diceva di vedere allegate nuove immagini dell'orologio e che mi chiedeva di confermare se sono ancora felice di acquistare l'orologio? Nuove foto ho pensato a me stesso, quanto insolite, come se le foto nella pubblicità originale non fossero una rappresentazione fedele dell'orologio. Comunque, naturalmente ho messo in dubbio lo scopo di questa nuova foto. Il venditore è stato preso dal panico e ha annullato il mio ordine. Ho quindi dovuto aspettare altri 10 giorni per riavere i miei soldi. Col senno di poi sono contento di non aver acquistato l orologio in quanto avendo studiato la nuova foto del venditore è ovvio che l orologio non era mai stato indossato come dichiarato nella pubblicità ma mostrava sicuramente segni di utilizzo, evidenti soprattutto dall usura del cinturino. Un altro fattore deludente è la mancanza di rimorsi o anche semplici scuse da parte del venditore. Probabilmente proverà a divincolarsi da tutto questo e quasi certamente troverà qualcosa per mitigarlo. Ma se fossi in te, penserei bene prima di trattare con questo venditore. Ci sono centinaia di venditori affidabili e onesti là fuori. Purtroppo sono venditori come Ferret, che con la loro condotta promuovono un senso di sfiducia in questo settore e lasciano l'amaro in bocca.

Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e attento al servizio e sembra che abbiano una grande conoscenza di orologi e gioielli raffinati con un laboratorio per la riparazione sul posto - il che è piuttosto raro. Sono un cliente da anni, così come mio padre e mia nonna! Personalmente adoro la selezione dei marchi che hanno ma anche la loro creazione. Ti auguro il meglio
