Abbiamo assunto Nicole Wipp per gestire i documenti di testamento e procura per nostro figlio che era al college. Volevamo essere sicuri che se gli fosse successo qualcosa dall'altra parte dello stato, le questioni sarebbero state coperte. Dal momento che non era locale nella zona e che aveva 18 anni, ha dovuto contattare il suo ufficio per avere una conferenza telefonica su come voleva impostare il suo testamento e la sua procura. Si è consultata con lui sui fattori che avrebbe dovuto considerare e gli ha permesso di prendere le decisioni finali sulle sue questioni personali e mediche. Mentre era a casa per la pausa del Ringraziamento, l'unico giorno disponibile per incontrarsi era letteralmente il giorno del Ringraziamento, che lei ha reso possibile. Non conosco nessun altro professionista che si sarebbe preso il tempo in un fine settimana per non parlare di una vacanza per incontrare noi e nostro figlio per assicurarsi che tutti i documenti fossero di suo gradimento e farli firmare. Senza dubbio, e da allora ho consigliato la signora Wipp a chiunque cerchi questo tipo di servizi.

Ho pagato per un consulto con Nicole nel suo ufficio di Milford. Volevo incontrarmi in uno dei suoi altri uffici, ma ogni volta che chiamavo per chiedere informazioni su un appuntamento in un altro luogo in cui mi era stato detto che non stavano accettando appuntamenti in altri uffici in quel momento. Sono andato al primo appuntamento e non mi è piaciuto il fatto che mi fosse richiesto di fornire tutte le mie informazioni personali in anticipo o lei non mi avrebbe visto o non avrebbe parlato con me. Alla fine della riunione abbiamo discusso brevemente dei prezzi e sono quasi svenuto quando ha iniziato a parlare dei prezzi, ho fatto i compiti e lei sta facendo pagare troppo.
Se avessi saputo i prezzi in anticipo non avrei speso i soldi per la commissione di consulenza. Il mio consiglio? Risparmia tempo e denaro e vai altrove.
