Abbiamo avuto tre lavoratori Families First durante la nostra esperienza di quasi 3 anni con loro. Solo il 2° lavoratore si preoccupava veramente di lavorare per riunificare la nostra famiglia. Gli altri due avrebbero semplicemente fatto tutto ciò che il DHS voleva e il DHS non ha mai lavorato per la riunificazione. Il 1° e il 3° lavoratore erano entrambi molto scortesi e condiscendenti nei nostri confronti. Penso che i legislatori dovrebbero dare un'occhiata da vicino prima di rinnovare qualsiasi contratto con Families First.

Lavoro come Assistente Amministrativa per Famiglie First da poco più di 7 anni. Sono molto orgoglioso di tutte le persone con cui lavoro, da quelle che lavorano con le famiglie, i supervisori e le persone che lavorano in ufficio. Un incredibile lavoro di squadra!!! Aiutare le famiglie è il nostro obiettivo numero uno e lavoriamo tutti molto duramente per mantenere questo obiettivo.

La mia esperienza con Families First Counseling Services è stata di prim'ordine. Sono un'organizzazione ben gestita che si prende cura dei propri clienti e migliora la vita. Non esiterei a consigliare i loro servizi a chi ne ha bisogno.

Un dipendente è tornato a casa giocattolo con un lavoratore del DHS per confrontarmi su cose che non ho mai detto e di cui non avevano prove. Eppure da solo, quando ho chiesto informazioni sui tempi della visita settimanale e mensile a casa nostra, sono stati maleducati e non hanno aiutato affatto. Mi hanno minacciato di essere portato in tribunale invece di rispondere alle mie domande. La mia famiglia non è indagata, ma mi ha trattato come un criminale. Non sono mai stato scortese con loro. Abbiamo tutti collaborato prontamente con loro. Non sapevo che fosse sbagliato esercitare i miei diritti nel porre domande sulle preoccupazioni.
