Disastro bancario !!! Irresponsabilità fino alla fine! Per un mese intero (e più) non riesco a ricevere la mia carta da "Compro a casa". Chiamo tutti i giorni nella filiale centrale di Skopje, mi mettono in attesa e nessuno può rispondere alla mia chiamata. Dal lato della banca a Kocani, hanno ricevuto un'e-mail un mese fa per consegnarla a Kocani, ma non l'hanno ancora inviata (non posso andare a Skopje con l'epten baby, nella situazione attuale con Kovid-19). È importante perché è molto normale che vadano a lavorare e prendano uno stipendio per chi non si cura dei disoccupati !!! Irresponsabilità totale ... non collaborerei mai con loro !!!! Disastro bancario

Saresti molto fortunato se qualcuno rispondesse al telefono, provasse a mettersi in contatto in più occasioni, è una missione impossibile. Anche il servizio non è eccezionale, tutti sono sempre di cattivo umore.
