Il modo in cui trattano le persone è semplicemente terribile. Alcuni supervisori sono ghetti altri razzisti. Un ragazzo si è davvero vantato di aver licenziato un vecchio (veterano). Tipo orribile di persone.

Di recente ho lavorato con un dipendente di EOG e posso dire onestamente di non aver mai visto un'azienda a contratto che trattasse così male i propri dipendenti. Uno dei supervisori ha lasciato un dipendente a un posto e non è mai tornato a controllarlo. Niente acqua, pranzo, ecc. Sono stato un vigile del fuoco professionista retribuito per 27 anni e mi sono ritirato dalla California come maresciallo dei pompieri. Ho lavorato con diverse società a contratto e non consiglierei EOG a nessuno.

Sono passato dalla sicurezza armata a Houston, in Texas, a questa a Tuscaloosa, in Alabama, e non so da dove cominciare con la terribile esperienza che ho avuto con questa compagnia. Non ho mai visto dipendenti trattati così male. Ho lavorato a un paio di eventi e non mi è stato permesso di fare pause. Avevo caldo, fame e vertigini. Mi hanno detto che se me ne andavo a prendere qualcosa da mangiare mi avrebbero agganciato. L'ho avuto con questa compagnia. Sì, avevo 18 anni quando ho iniziato a lavorare per loro, ho deciso di lavorare al gioco dell'Alabama. Quando sono stato assunto per la prima volta è stata una decisione orribile, poi sono stato spostato dai cancelli al campo è stato un inferno. Avevo quasi bisogno di un'ambulanza, avevo fame, non avevo pranzo, niente da bere, non mi permettevano nemmeno di bere l'acqua a caro prezzo che dovevo comprare sul campo da cui ero rimasto in piedi per diversi giorni senza irruzione. Il sole caldo e calore. Mi sentivo come se stessi per svenire o per surriscaldarmi. Sono molto cattivi ai giochi di albama. Hanno un altro ufficio a Starkville, la signora per cui lavoro e sono meglio che tu possa fare una pausa, pranzare e cose del genere, ma anche loro non sono così male come il gruppo di Birmingham.

Terribile. La peggiore compagnia per cui abbia mai lavorato. Non paga in tempo.
