A dicembre 2017 ho comprato un occhiale da vista con lenti essilor per $ 6000,00 e non potevo indossarlo perché mi sentivo male, sono tornato in negozio a lamentarmi più volte durante l'anno 2018 fino a quando hanno deciso di chiamare un rappresentante del produttore che ha inviato i miei occhiali per fabbrica ho aspettato per circa 20 giorni, quando ho ricevuto i nuovi occhiali che non potevo indossare, quindi ho iniziato a indossare i vecchi occhiali. Qdo ha deciso di restituire il negozio dove l'hai acquistato... chiuso. Conclusione: non ho usato gli occhiali e oggi ne ho comprati altri, ho speso di più, che non è poco, perché ho un diploma molto alto. Ho chiamato il servizio clienti, ma ricevo solo NO per una risposta... non comprare questo obiettivo
