Che sarebbe stato spedito non appena avessero avuto i soldi. Sono nel sud della California, noi siamo nel nord della California. Il prodotto non è stato nemmeno ritirato per una settimana. Il prodotto non era nel sud della California, ma in Texas. Jim ha cercato di biasimarci, per il ritardo nella spedizione perché non potevamo decidere quante macchine volevamo. Perché ciò ha causato un ritardo nel ritirare il prodotto per una settimana dopo che aveva i nostri soldi non ci è noto. Mi ha inviato una schermata dal mittente che mi diceva che il prodotto dovrebbe essere nella nostra sede entro le 23. Jim mi ha detto che questo era l'ultimo e che poteva essere prima. Ho dichiarato che ne avevo bisogno il prima possibile. Stava per contattare il caricatore e vedere cosa poteva fare. Ha fatto una telefonata e basta. Due giorni dopo, quando non aveva ricevuto risposta dal mittente, mi disse che se ottenere il prodotto era un dovere da parte mia, avrei fatto meglio a scendere e prenderlo da solo. Ho contattato lo spedizioniere. Il prodotto è stato consegnato a un'azienda di trasporti che viene nella mia zona una o due volte al mese. Dissero che la consegna del prodotto era programmata per il mese successivo il 6 o 7, SE avessero avuto abbastanza carico per la mia zona. Nessuna garanzia. Ha mandato qualcuno a prendere il prodotto. 12+ ore di guida. Tecnico fuori campo per un giorno. Ci costano un minimo di $ 500 di mancato guadagno e $ 200 per il viaggio. Questo è il modo in cui Jim Rasic si occupa della spedizione del prodotto ai clienti.

Era molto gentile e premuroso quando si trattava di vendite. La maggior parte dei venditori con cui parlo sono scortesi e snob, ma Jim non mi ha detto altro che la verità. Non mi ha mentito sul prezzo o sulle condizioni, e questo conta molti punti nel mio libro. Adoro come se la cavano queste persone
