Essendo un paziente in molti ospedali diversi, il personale del reparto Bethesda di Epworth Richmond è il peggiore che abbia mai incontrato. Le richieste semplici sembrano essere un tale inconveniente per loro e devi continuare a richiedere la stessa cosa di solito un'ora dopo la prima volta per essere effettivamente curato. Le cartelle cliniche sono conservate nella hall dove chiunque può vederle e non sono sicure e riservate. Il reparto è sporco e vecchio e gli addetti alle pulizie dicono di aver pulito, ma per due giorni è rimasta la biancheria sporca sul pavimento. In un soggiorno di una settimana le lenzuola sono state cambiate una volta anche se prima erano sporche. La stanza non è mai stata aspirata durante il mio soggiorno. Al cibo mancava sempre qualcosa dall'ordine. Il personale si lamentava dei pazienti nel corridoio ignari del fatto che potevano essere ascoltati da quei pazienti. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno molto deludente ma dopo aver parlato con gli altri è così che la maggior parte delle persone trova il proprio soggiorno.
