Non consiglierei di lavorare qui. Non mostrano la stessa professionalità che si aspettano che tu mantenga. Inoltre sono stato pagato per meno della metà del mio lavoro qui. Sono ottimi per le questioni mondiali senza dubbio. Ma non quando si tratta delle persone che lavorano per loro. Quindi, se hai persone da sfamare e Bill da sostenere, non perdere tempo!

(DAI FATTI :) Processo di assunzione molto disonesto. Ho parlato con Britney, il direttore del personale. Mi ha parlato della loro campagna e poi mi ha chiesto perché ero interessata e cosa stavo facendo. Le ho detto che avevo un altro lavoro di propaganda / raccolta fondi in cui ho lavorato per 9 mesi ed ero un top performer, poi sono stato licenziato dopo la pausa invernale perché non avevo la quota. Succede in ogni lavoro di propaganda. Poi mi hanno detto che, poiché sono un "business", non vogliono correre rischi su persone che hanno una storia di non aver fatto quote. Mi hanno trattato come un investimento aziendale proprio come farebbe una società e non come un essere umano che cerca di proteggere la Terra con il potere delle persone. In qualità di cittadino preoccupato dell'Oregon e attivista ambientale, sono scioccato dalla loro mancanza di cuore nel non dare a qualcuno che è costretto a proteggere e preservare l'opportunità di farlo.

Non donare a queste persone. Ti perseguiteranno senza pietà per ulteriori contributi, comprese le sollecitazioni telefoniche a tarda notte.

Fanno un ottimo lavoro e sostengono tutte le cose che mi appassionano riguardo a un pianeta più pulito.
