Hanno un terreno di proprietà all'angolo tra State Street e Merritt Street ad Hamden e anche una casa plurifamiliare. Viene lasciato abbandonato e utilizzato come parcheggio per attività commerciali. Il proprietario è molto accessibile e nei locali di Elm City Management. Ti saluta con un sorriso e sa chi sei, soprattutto se ti capita di lasciare l'assegno dell'affitto in ufficio. In realtà chiederà della tua vita. È molto orgoglioso della sua i
