Questa società è pronta a rinnegare le promesse scritte e quindi a revocare le offerte di credito.

Avevano 500 unità di un prodotto in magazzino e ne avevamo bisogno alla fine del mese. Avevamo promesso scritto che li avrebbero tenuti per noi e li avrebbero forniti fino alla fine del mese.

Quando è arrivato il giorno, hanno ridotto notevolmente la quantità. Volevano mantenere l'equilibrio in modo da poterli vendere ad altri clienti (a prezzo pieno presumo).

La settimana prima avevano anche incasinato un altro ordine più piccolo per alcuni alimentatori (inviato del colore sbagliato). Quindi non hanno potuto fornire la parte corretta per 6 settimane. Il rappresentante aveva offerto una nota di credito per l'ordine. La nota di credito è stata applicata al nostro account.

Quando mi sono lamentato della mancata consegna delle 500 unità, la nota di credito per gli alimentatori è stata annullata quel pomeriggio con il rappresentante di vendita che si è scusato per aver commesso un errore.

A mio avviso, questa sembra essere un'azienda disposta a rompere le promesse scritte per motivi di profitto e annullare le note di credito quando si rende conto che è probabile che il cliente si trasferisca a un altro fornitore.

Ho pietà del giovane rappresentante di vendita a cui viene insegnato che i profitti hanno la meglio sull'integrità.
