L'edificio in sé è molto poco invitante. Ho dovuto chiedere a più persone come entrare / dove entrare. Non c'erano segni o indicazioni. Ho letto il sito, ho chiamato e mi sono assicurato che quando sono entrato ci fosse qualcuno con cui parlare. Ho corso un grande rischio e ho camminato molto lontano sotto la pioggia per sentirmi dire che, anche se hanno detto che i sostenitori erano disponibili per i walk-in dal lunedì al venerdì, sarei dovuto tornare un altro giorno. Era lunedì e secondo la donna della reception, lunedì non vedono né parlano con nuove persone. Se stai cercando supporto o aiuto, preparati a rimanere deluso.
