Cielo è nel business delle vendite (ottenendo contratti di grandi aziende), non del reclutamento.
Negli anni ho lavorato con alcune delle migliori aziende RPO al mondo. Questo non è uno di loro come piace affermare a Cielo. Neanche vicino.
L'azienda è troppo concentrata sull'apparire high tech con un ambiente di lavoro divertente che non riesce a usare il vecchio buon senso per risolvere problemi ovvi e diretti. La leadership a tutti i livelli è poco professionale e all'oscuro delle sfide del mondo del reclutamento. Spendono una quantità enorme di risorse per gli strumenti tecnologici più recenti e per costruire il proprio ATS solo per poter mantenere o ottenere contratti indipendentemente dal fatto che possano ottenere i risultati promessi.
Che ne dici di spendere più risorse cercando di capire cosa vogliono i candidati da un'azienda invece di chiacchierare online spettegolando su cibo, problemi personali o animali domestici?
Ho lasciato questo posto sentendomi come se avessi imparato molte informazioni inutili da un posto di lavoro molto disfunzionale.

È stato portato avanti per quasi un mese solo per ricevere il messaggio da un altro reclutatore che la posizione era stata occupata. L'intera azienda è uno scherzo e sono felice di aver deciso di andare avanti una volta che non mi hanno contattato. Sapevate chi volevate. Povera comunicazione. NON APPLICARE QUI
