Anche se non affitteremo le loro proprietà in futuro, Adam, uno dei leader all'interno dell'azienda, ci ha offerto il contratto di locazione a condizione che diamo un preavviso di 60-90 giorni senza penalità. Almeno sono disposti a lavorare con noi in questo modo. Tuttavia, sii consapevole e leggi il contratto di locazione a vantaggio della tua azienda.
AGGIORNAMENTO 1: abbiamo avuto più intrusioni con i nostri veicoli personali e veicoli da lavoro su base regolare. NON SICURO!
Essere consapevoli quando si considera il leasing da questa azienda. Terribile servizio clienti. I leader parlano con te e sono sempre alla ricerca di un modo per far pagare le riparazioni agli inquilini. Aggiungerò che questo è tutto delineato nel contratto di locazione e colpa mia per non aver letto l'intero contratto di locazione. Basta essere consapevoli di ciò che stai firmando sul contratto di locazione. Attualmente affitto da questi ragazzi e non lo farò mai più.
Lavoro con questa azienda da molti anni e posso dirti che a nessuno importa dei loro clienti più della direzione dell'ufficio di Birmingham. Grazie per tutto quello che fate.

Mi sono imbattuto in alcuni edifici nella zona di Avalon di Birmingham superandoli mentre andavo dall'aeroporto al centro. Ho parlato con due degli inquilini che stavano occupando gli spazi ed entrambi gli inquilini hanno fortemente raccomandato di cercare altrove. Ho chiesto loro di approfondire perché ad alcuni inquilini piace lamentarsi. Ho creduto a questi ragazzi semplicemente perché i loro problemi erano quasi identici in quanto entrambi avevano problemi con il ragazzo principale "Adam". Essendo troppo lungo per scrivere tutto, sono propenso ad andare con i consigli dei due signori e stare lontano da qui. Probabilmente perché si stava lavorando per trasferirsi al momento di queste conversazioni.
