Sono un tecnico e utilizzo Edilclima da oltre 7 anni, e voglio sottolineare l'assoluta ingiustizia dell'azienda nei miei confronti. Premesso che nell'ultima settimana ho acquistato 3 moduli EC700 aggiuntivi a prezzo di listino per utenti edilclima, necessitando di acquistare un modulo aggiuntivo da 270 iva esclusa, ho chiamato l'assistenza commerciale chiedendo se ci fosse uno sconto in corso rapporti che esistono da anni, un sconto che mi è stato subito approvato di oltre il 10%, a questo punto ho chiesto informazioni sul perché questo sconto non fosse stato applicato ai miei acquisti effettuati il giorno prima, e in maniera quasi denigratoria è stato risposto "avrei dovuto chiamare prima".
Mi dispiace ma considero questa totale mancanza di professionalità e questo atteggiamento offensivo nei confronti di un cliente che da anni utilizza i vostri prodotti assolutamente intollerabile e inaccettabile, e soprattutto un mezzo assolutamente scorretto per impedire al cliente di accedere a una tipologia di sconti appena preclusi. il fatto di non richiedere ogni volta espressamente una diminuzione del prezzo di acquisto del tuo prodotto.
Mi auguro che questa politica di assoluta non trasparenza e ingiustizia possa un giorno cambiare evitando di riconoscere trattamenti diversi in base al tipo di professionista con cui si ha a che fare.
