Ho avuto un'esperienza con E & E IT Consulting che mi lascia ancora l'amaro in bocca. Sono stato in contatto con qualcuno dei servizi di consulenza IT E&E per una possibile opportunità di lavoro nell'inserimento dati. Alla fine, non l'ho presa perché era una posizione temporanea e ne stavo già lavorando in quel momento. Tuttavia, quella posizione è finita e avevo bisogno di un lavoro. Pochi mesi dopo, la stessa signora di E & E mi ha contattato per chiedere una tempistica per assumere una posizione in campo medico. Mi è stato detto che la posizione non era stata aperta al pubblico e stavano raggiungendo le persone che potrebbero essere interessate. Naturalmente ero interessato. Mi presento per incontrare la signora e mi è stato detto che qualcuno stava già intervistando per la posizione presso l'azienda in cui doveva essere. Questa posizione non doveva ancora essere aperta al pubblico e qualcuno stava già intervistando per questo ??? Per essere onesti con la signora, non aveva idea che ciò fosse accaduto poiché il suo supervisore era quello che è andato avanti e lo ha fatto. Come si è scoperto, la persona intervistata era la figlia di qualcuno che conosceva !! In altre parole, mecenatismo al lavoro. La signora ha fatto del suo meglio per trarre il meglio da una situazione che non era colpa sua, dato che mi ha dato consigli sul mio curriculum, che è l'unico motivo per cui do 2 stelle qui invece di 1. Come la maggior parte degli altri gli incarichi in agenzia erano temporanei, non mi interessavano e non mi restava nulla dopo essermi presentato a una riunione. Se mi dicono che c'è un certo lavoro disponibile, è meglio che quel lavoro sia disponibile. Non sprecare il mio tempo quando avrei potuto effettivamente fare qualcosa di produttivo.
