Gli installatori hanno praticato fori nella lavorazione del legno di cedro interno senza chiederci dove dovrebbero essere posizionati i pannelli di controllo. I tubi di scarico in PVC sulle unità nel soffitto non sono stati incollati con conseguenti perdite e la necessità di sostituire il soffitto Gyproc
Condotti separati in più punti alle giunzioni che pompano aria calda / fredda nella cavità del tetto.
Quando gli è stato chiesto di porre rimedio a Dunnair si è nascosto dietro i loro molteplici fronti aziendali Dunnair Australia / Dunnair International / Multistack insinuando - non è loro responsabilità
