In quanto ispettore di autocarri pesanti / rimorchi / autobus per lo stato dello Utah, capisco che le cose accadano; tuttavia, quando un conducente non pulisce le rotaie del camion o non fissa adeguatamente il carico e si verifica un danno a un veicolo privato, la maggior parte delle aziende possiede e lo fa bene. Sono stato personalmente responsabile di quelle situazioni esatte e ho sempre offerto assistenza per far sì che un incidente sia diritto al proprietario. Finora, Jay al DSB mi ha praticamente detto di far riparare la mia assicurazione e FORSE mi aiuteranno se invio una ricevuta dopo che il lavoro è stato completato. Nessuna offerta di farmi portare in una vetreria di loro scelta o alcun tipo di assistenza per ripararlo. Per una piccola industria con il passaparola così diffuso, sono davvero sorpreso dal trattamento dopo aver cercato così gentilmente di ottenere aiuto. Probabilmente lo pagherò da solo; tuttavia, i probabili $ 30 dollari o giù di lì che probabilmente sarebbero presi per farlo bene sembreranno piccoli rispetto alla caduta di responsabilità a buon mercato, disonesto e schivante mentre si rappresenta la propria azienda.
