avendo acquistato un sostituto Drayton wall stat, non siamo stati in grado di farlo funzionare. Ho telefonato all'assistenza tecnica @ drayton e un tizio chiamato Steve ci ha spiegato come configurarlo, ci sono voluti circa 15 minuti al telefono, era paziente e ha spiegato le cose in modo brillante, nonostante fossero pensionati non tecnici, ci ha aiutato a ottenere il nuova statistica attiva e funzionante! Stella d'oro per Steve, non posso parlare abbastanza bene del suo aiuto, è un merito per Drayton
TradottoIl termostato ha smesso di funzionare letteralmente solo per garanzia, la società ha dichiarato "errore software".
TradottoSono un installatore con 15 anni di esperienza. La gamma Drayton Wiser è economica e cattiva. Il kit 3 è l'opzione più economica per 3 zone che utilizzano smartphone e si vede.
Il servizio clienti di Schneider / Draytons è pessimo, alcuni dei meno utili che abbia mai incontrato nel settore.
L'ultima unità che ho installato era difettosa, l'unità principale non si collegava ai sistemi Drayton, il che significa che il cliente non poteva controllarla dal suo telefono. Ci sono volute 8 telefonate per convincerli ad ammettere che era difettoso, e poi mi hanno detto che non possono inviare una sostituzione, dovrò rimuovere l'intero sistema e rispedirlo ad Amazon per una sostituzione, lasciando il mio cliente senza controlli .
Questo mi è costato diverse ore, al telefono e nuove visite alla proprietà.
Lo rimuoverò, riceverò un rimborso e poi inserirò un EPH Ember Pack 3.
