Ho cercato di trovare un dottore che possa aiutarmi con numerosi problemi, tuttavia fino ad ora non ho avuto successo.

Ho visto questo ortopedico circa 4 mesi fa per quanto riguarda il terribile dolore al ginocchio. Ha preso i raggi X e mi ha detto che non c'era nulla di sbagliato e si è concentrato enormemente sul fatto che ero in sovrappeso e cercavo di sottopormi a un intervento di revisione di bypass gastrico. Gli ho detto che qualcosa non andava ma si è rifiutato di ascoltare. Sono andato da un medico di gestione del dolore che ha ordinato una risonanza magnetica e ho scoperto che ho un menisco lacerato tra le altre lesioni al ginocchio. Ho quindi chiesto un secondo parere ortopedico da un medico affiliato alla NYU Langone a New York e mi è stato detto che avevo bisogno di almeno una sostituzione parziale del ginocchio. Sento di aver perso tempo con il dottor Bernstein, sua moglie è amichevole ma parla troppo. Molto insoddisfatto e non ci torneremo.

Diversi mesi fa ho portato mio figlio di 18 anni dal dottor Bernstein e la scorsa settimana ho portato mio padre di 86 anni. Questo è un eccellente medico, un ascoltatore attento, molto accurato e paziente, e mi sento molto fiducioso nei suoi consigli. Anche il personale eccellente. L'unico aspetto negativo è il tempo di attesa; abbiamo aspettato circa un'ora per essere visti. Tuttavia, una volta che siamo usciti dall'area di attesa, la nostra esperienza è stata molto buona.
