Non sprecare il tuo tempo

Non consiglierei di vedere questi dentisti. Il mio partner ha avuto dolore ai denti del server per 3 settimane, aveva 2 appuntamenti qui ed entrambe le volte è tornato a casa con un dolore ai denti peggiore. Ora stasera, dopo aver visto il dentista e aver fatto un'otturazione, il suo dolore viene dal dente e gli viene in testa ora ha mal di denti e mal di testa e non riesce a dormire affatto. Per non parlare del fatto che ci è voluto molto tempo anche per prendere un appuntamento da un dentista. Non andare se non vuoi soffrire di mal di denti e mal di testa al server.

Beh, sarebbe d'aiuto se rispondessero alle richieste dei pazienti di iniziare !! Sono andato per un appuntamento per poi sentirmi dire che il dentista è andato via per la giornata. La ragazza alla reception mi dice che l'appuntamento è alle 1:15, quindi ricevo un messaggio sul telefono che dice che l'orario dell'appuntamento è alle 12:45. Chiamo per confermare, NESSUNA RISPOSTA. E poi mi hanno detto che sono in ritardo e il dentista se n'è andato. Poi mi viene detto di aspettare (potrebbero volerci ore). (2-3 addetti alla reception seduti alla reception contemporaneamente) Questo non rispondere alle chiamate è stato un problema costante, è molto stressante per i pazienti e dovrebbe essere affrontato! Molto deludente !!

Molto soddisfatta del servizio di patologia del linguaggio fornito da Anna, mia figlia è davvero triste per non poter più frequentare la patologia del linguaggio perché Anna l'ha reso così piacevole.

L'unica cosa che posso davvero dire in questa fase è alle signore alla reception. Se non ti piace trattare con il pubblico, ti suggerisco di cambiare carriera. La tua maleducazione e le tue maniere telefoniche sono disgustose.
