I was handled very badly at DVU eimdhoven, They took blood for NIPT , a 10 days later said they didnt get any result out of it and need to do it again, for that they gave appointment 2 weeks later, when I went again they refused to do it as forgot to take ID card physically, I requested 10 mins to get it by my husband. They refused and behaved rude saying I need to make another appointment.
Same moment they drew blood for thyroid test, it was painful and it was swollen at the spot

I had two tests scheduled one after another and the first one required no visit to the front desk. When I finished the first task, I asked the nurse if I needed to go to the front desk, to which she replied "no, you only need to wait in the waiting room" so that is what I did. After 10 minutes after my scheduled time, I thought of asking the front desk what was going on to which they replied: "you needed to come and now it is too late, you need to reschedule it". Mind you not everyone has the option of not losing work over appointments with the doctor and that is my case, so I already lost money to come and the best they can say is "sorry"? It is unacceptable that they give a wrong information and only 10 minutes later than the scheduled time is too late? I've been there other times and on some occasions they delayed more than 10 minutes so they can delay, but can do nothing about a person that was there on the waiting room, waiting for them?

Ottimo posto con persone fantastiche. Sono andato lì in pessime condizioni, ho ricevuto molto aiuto e comprensione, tutti hanno cercato di aiutarmi. Vorrei averlo avuto nel mio paese.

Fissare un appuntamento per telefono è un disastro! Chiamato due giorni di seguito per fissare un appuntamento. In attesa per mezz'ora in entrambi i giorni e nessun appuntamento ancora in programma!

Il partner dell'azienda li assume per il test corona probabilmente per ottenere velocità.
Hanno lasciato che queste persone aspettassero più di 48 ore fingendo che fosse organizzato entro 48 ore.
La normale strada di prova è andata più veloce con nostro figlio.
Non raccomandarli così per un'azienda.
