I recently joined a boat membership program and had high hopes for a seamless experience. Unfortunately, I encountered several challenges during my time with them. 🚤

First off, the booking process was less than convenient. I often found it difficult to secure a boat during peak times, and the availability was frequently overbooked. It felt like I was competing for slots rather than enjoying the amenities. 😕

Additionally, customer service didn’t quite meet my expectations. I reached out for assistance a couple of times, but the response was slower than anticipated, leaving me feeling a bit stranded in my planning.

On the positive side, the boats themselves were well-maintained and met my expectations for comfort and performance when I did manage to book one. However, the overall experience was hindered by the other issues.

In summary, there's potential here, but improvements are needed. ⚓️
