Questo è il mio primo anno con DBB. Fin qui tutto bene.

Ho pagato perché mio figlio iniziasse questa stagione ed era così entusiasta di iniziare, sono passate settimane e abbiamo ricevuto un'e-mail che diceva di scaricare alcune app in modo da poter avere tutto il programma e le informazioni. Sono entrato nell'app e ancora non è stato chiesto nulla nella chat sull'app quando avremmo più informazioni e niente. Alla fine ho dovuto chiamare DBB per sapere che avevamo già perso 3 settimane perché l'allenatore non ci ha mai contattato e in realtà non usano l'app. Non è colpa dell'allenatore, ma DBB dovrebbe organizzare le proprie cose!

Questa è la cosa migliore nelle nostre vite in questo momento. Non ho ricevuto altro che aiuto da tutti all'interno di DBBI. Giocare a baseball con DBBI ha fatto per i miei ragazzi tutto quello che speravo. Non potrei chiedere di più.
