I had higher expectations before my visit. The atmosphere felt a bit cold and uninviting, which made me uneasy. The staff seemed rushed, and I didn't get the personalized attention I was hoping for. Additionally, the waiting time was longer than anticipated. I believe that a more welcoming environment and better communication could significantly enhance the experience. 😕
