I recently had an average experience with an auto dealership. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The salesperson seemed disinterested and did not offer much assistance. Additionally, the pricing was not as competitive as I had expected. The car I purchased had a few minor issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale. Despite these setbacks, the dealership did address the issues promptly once I brought them to their attention. The service department was friendly and efficient in resolving the problems. Overall, my experience with this dealership was average. While they could improve their customer service and pricing, they did handle the post-sale issues satisfactorily.
