Sono andato da loro per un rinvio e ho detto all'operatore del caso che soffro di ansia da telefono. L'operatore del caso mi ha dato il numero di telefono di uno studio da chiamare - un numero che avevo già trovato cercando da solo - e non ha fornito altro modo per contattare lo studio.
Quando finalmente ho trovato il coraggio di chiamare il numero che mi era stato dato, la casella di posta vocale era piena. Ho detto all'assistente sociale CIL quello che era successo e lei non mi ha mai risposto.
