Quando George D'Amato e Luke Lynch Sr. erano ancora vivi, D'Amato & Lynch era uno studio legale di assicurazioni molto apprezzato, che rappresentava quasi esclusivamente AIG. Con la morte di George e Luke Sr., Luke Lynch Jr. ha ereditato l'azienda e, purtroppo, da allora è andata giù per la collina. La qualità del lavoro che producono è scarsa nella maggior parte dei casi, e in altri addirittura pessima. Gli avvocati non rispondono, sono sciatti e sembra che non riescano a gestire altre aree del diritto al di fuori dell'assicurazione, sembra che non abbiano assolutamente alcuna formazione in altre aree del diritto (abbastanza giusto) ma sfortunatamente ci stanno provando fingere come se lo facessero e poi imparare mentre procedevano. Il problema è che non funziona ei client rimangono bloccati con il disordine, insieme a un grosso conto da avviare. Purtroppo è una storia comune con il nepotismo, i bravi avvocati di "seconda generazione" come Richard George e Kenneth Sagat furono espulsi dallo studio e subentrò il figlio del fondatore, che poi mandò a terra lo studio. Fatti un favore, evita questa ditta.
