Voglio davvero avere un concessionario di motociclette locale e posso sostenerlo e rispettarlo. Un giorno forse Mcdonough lo farà. Ho appena chiamato la concessionaria per fare una semplice domanda, tre volte il reparto ricambi non ha risposto al telefono e mi ha reindirizzato ad Amanda. Il punto luminoso è che Amanda risponde al telefono. Nessun altro lo fa. Due anni fa avevo soldi per comprare una Honda CR 250 L e sono andato due volte in questa concessionaria per comprarne uno, ed entrambe le volte ho aspettato di vedere se qualcuno sarebbe venuto a chiedermi se avevo bisogno di aiuto. Entrambe le volte non una sola persona mi ha chiesto se avevo bisogno di qualcosa. Quindi ho speso 6000 dollari per una nuova Honda presso un altro concessionario.

La prima chiamata, ha ottenuto una risposta ed è stata presumibilmente indirizzata al servizio. Dopo 5 minuti di attesa il telefono è andato a squillare, quindi mi aspettavo una risposta. No, ha suonato letteralmente per 1 minuto e poi hanno semplicemente riattaccato. Richiamati, non rispondono affatto. Ho 5 biciclette e questo posto poco professionale non avrà MAI la mia attività. Vado a Conyers.

Ho visto un video di YouTube su quanto fosse pessimo il servizio qui e quanto siano orribili i gestori. Non vivo nemmeno in Georgia, ma voglio solo dire alle persone che vogliono comprare una moto qui di non farlo. Ti prometto che verrai fregato da manager, team di vendita e meccanici.
