Questo posto è stato assolutamente la cosa peggiore che sarebbe mai potuta accadere a mia madre ... e ha passato molte cose nella sua vita! Eravamo lì per infermieristica qualificata e terapia fisica. Era lì 5 giorni e l'hanno fatta alzare per camminare UNA VOLTA. dopo di che si è seduta su una sedia a rotelle .... indebolendosi. Finì per essere la vita volata ad Austin a causa della mancanza di cure per lei senza dieta a base di sodio. Finora siamo stati. ad Austin per 2 settimane e non c'è fine in vista. Non lasciare che questo accada alla persona amata!

Sporco e disgusto, puzzava sempre di urina nella hall 4. Avevo vissuto la sala da pranzo con mia madre perché la puzza di urina era opprimente! Mia madre aveva una leggera tosse ed era debole. Ci sono voluti 2 giorni all'infermiera per controllarla. Un giorno ho chiamato e mi è stato detto che stava andando alla grande! Rotolando sulla sua sedia a rotelle. Ho osservato la cura ed è per questo che non ho quasi mai perso un giorno in visita. Un giorno che ho chiamato, ho chiesto di parlare con mia madre. Una volta sono stato disconnesso, richiamato e mia madre non poteva parlarmi! Sono salito in macchina e quando sono arrivato le avevano dato uno sciroppo per la tosse. Era ovviamente molto malata, quindi alla fine fu misurata la temperatura. Chiedo che l'infermiera ne abbia fatto uno e abbia detto che aveva la polmonite, ma era stata attiva e forte il giorno prima, ma io il giorno prima ???? Volevano trattarla lì e non c'era modo! Le ho chiesto di andare a Detar e l'infermiera di notte è stata molto scortese con me. Le ho detto che sarebbe andata a DeTar. Mentre la pulivo perché un altro ospedale avrebbe visto quanto sono sporchi i residenti che non possono pulirsi da soli, ho parlato con diversi assistenti e un'infermiera. Erano molto turbati ed entrambi hanno detto che non c'era comunicazione tra i turni. Immagino che renda le cose più facili quando possono usare la scusa che non conoscevo! L'ho sentito da loro così tante volte! Ho suggerito modi per comunicare poiché non riesco a capire come farlo!
Mia madre è morta di polmonite, è stata una morte dolorosa e angosciante. È stata una morte che non sarebbe dovuta accadere. Immagino che sia un paziente in meno che possono ignorare perché è quello che ho visto nel corridoio 4. Fai il meno possibile e agisci sempre come se non sapessi niente!
Ho perso il mio migliore amico e unico parente. Mia madre sorrideva sempre e diceva sempre per favore e grazie. Mi dispiace per i residenti che non hanno qualcuno che li controlla quotidianamente.
Ho messo qui in questa struttura perché non c'erano aperture a Victoria. Non permetterei al mio cane di stare tutta la notte in quel posto! E il furto che va avanti, orribile. Non posso nemmeno andarci.
Voglio solo andare a trovare mia madre più di qualsiasi altra cosa al mondo, ma non posso, non posso mai vederla ed è così sbagliato !!!

Non il migliore. Devi sempre tenere gli occhi aperti e assicurarti che stiano parlando con cura del tuo vivo.
La biancheria da letto non è sempre pulita, devi dire loro di cambiare la biancheria da letto. A volte si dimenticano di portare mio padre in sala da pranzo a mangiare e lui se ne va senza mangiare. E ci sono state volte in cui dimenticano che è ancora nella sala da pranzo, quindi si è seduto lì finché qualcuno non lo riporta nella sua stanza.
È anche molto puzzolente.
So che possono fare di meglio.
Sembra che quando porti le cose
fino alla loro attenzione. Hanno una scusa.
Quindi non lo compro.
