My experience with CSC / Aviation Safeguards @ JFKIA has been average. The work hours are reasonable and the pay is satisfactory. I find the work environment to be just okay, nothing exceptional. The company could improve on providing more training opportunities and career advancement options. However, it is still a decent place to work at.

Non avrei dato loro nessuna stella se avessi potuto. Circa un mese fa, mentre aspettava in fila al terminal LAX International di fronte alla Norwegian Airlines, un impiegato di Aviation Safeguards ha permesso ad alcune persone (credo che conoscesse le persone mentre chiacchieravano per 10 minuti prima di tagliare in fila) di saltare davanti a un gruppo altri in linea. Era una linea in movimento lento, almeno 40-50 persone in attesa. Quando le ho chiesto perché lo avesse fatto, la sua risposta è stata "Sì, sì, salirete tutti sull'aereo, qual è il problema" e lei rise. Questo è stato dopo che sono stato insultato verbalmente da uno dei passeggeri che ha fatto entrare. La donna ha detto che non le piaceva il modo in cui la guardo (?) E ha imprecato e imprecato contro me e mio marito. L'impiegato di Aviation Safeguards è rimasto lì a guardare il tutto e ha riso. Ho chiesto il suo nome e il numero del badge ma lei ha rifiutato, il che è contro le regole. Ho scritto a Aviation Safeguards ma nessuna risposta. Azienda assolutamente irresponsabile, scortese e dipendenti inetti e non funzionali.

Gruppo di lavoratori maleducati e inutili. Ho interrotto 3 donne che spettegolavano in un momento così impegnativo oggi (giovedì 31 maggio alle 8:20). Avevo bisogno di assistenza con 6 bagagli grandi e ho chiesto se c'era qualcuno che potesse aiutarmi a caricarli visto che ero solo. Mi hanno fatto degli sguardi sporchi quando ho chiesto loro perché erano nel bel mezzo della conversazione. Mi hanno anche dato le informazioni sbagliate e mi hanno detto che non c'era nessuno ad aiutare e che Alaska Airlines non ha più il bagaglio. Beh, non è corretto perché quando ho chiesto a un MAN di Alaska Airlines, mi ha immediatamente indirizzato alla persona che poteva aiutarmi. Sono solo un gruppo di lavoratori DISGREGATI, gelosi e probabilmente ILLEGALI.
