Questo è assolutamente inaccettabile e poco professionale e tu, Tom, dovresti vergognarti incredibilmente di te stesso. La tua risposta sull'essere felice di prestare assistenza al nostro ospedale e augurarci il meglio non verrà riconosciuta a causa della tua mancanza di professionalità e servizio clienti.
