Abbiamo trasferito mia madre qui a maggio di quest'anno. È una struttura attraente, pulita e ben arredata. La mamma adora il suo luminoso appartamento d'angolo, di cui siamo grati, ma ci sono molte preoccupazioni che rendono la nostra esperienza personale tutt'altro che ideale e i costi per le cure si sommano rapidamente. Dopo 2 mesi in cui lo staff ha ordinato e somministrato le medicine, ci siamo resi conto che non stava assumendo tutte le sue medicine nei tempi previsti. Talvolta venivano ordinate prescrizioni che necessitavano di ricariche, ma non ricevute quando necessario. Le venivano addebitati quasi $ 900 al mese e non riceveva tutte le sue medicine. Quindi, abbiamo ripreso a fornire quella cura. Ci sono una serie di problemi di comunicazione. Le chiamate effettuate ai numeri pubblicati non ricevono una risposta tempestiva. Non c'è un'infermiera disponibile durante la notte. Il personale della reception è incoerente - mai nei fine settimana e l'accesso alla porta d'ingresso per gli ospiti è difficile nei fine settimana, quando molte persone visitano, a causa di un campanello che funziona raramente, a volte è semplicemente etichettato con un cartello scritto a mano, fuori servizio e non c'è modo di entrare se non aspettare che un residente o un membro del personale se ne accorga e ti lasci entrare. La partecipazione agli eventi programmati è piuttosto bassa, non necessariamente per colpa dello staff o della direzione, ma è scoraggiante per la mamma partecipare a un film con solo altri due. I singoli membri del personale sono gentili. Sembra esserci una mancanza generale di gestione coesa e attenzione ai dettagli che fanno una grande differenza. La struttura ha un potenziale, ma i sistemi e la supervisione devono essere migliorati.

Ho trasferito mia madre qui per la cura della memoria l'anno scorso. Erano premurosi e rispettosi. Vorrei solo averla spostata prima dalle sue precedenti cure assistite.
