Soprattutto, non comprare un appartamento allo SHIF!
Gli appartamenti sono dotati di molti difetti.
Le pareti non sono impermeabili, il massetto di cemento è inzuppato d'acqua, zero isolamento acustico con l'appartamento sopra (si sente tutto: vicini che parlano, sciacquone, doccia, porte che si chiudono ...).
Le ultime residenze costruite dallo SHIF sono un disastro!
E che dire del regista ancora in carica ...
Probabilmente il peggior promotore del settore!

Davvero niente uff come pro-player, penso che Faker sia comunque migliore: /. Deve essere a livello.

Sono molto deluso da questa cooperativa.
Devi rilanciarli in ogni momento, sia via e-mail che per telefono. Mancanza di reattività perché le risposte via email sono molto molto lunghe e fino ad ora nessuna risposta precisa su diversi programmi interessanti per sapere se il file è stato validato o meno, totale mancanza di informazioni.
ZERO/NULLO. Fino ad oggi non ho notizie da loro.

Vivendo a St Denis da molto tempo, ho sprecato tempo ed energie con questa cooperativa. Non consigliato.
