Chiama il loro processo "Agile Project Management", ma l'unica cosa agile del loro processo è la capacità di Jonathan di definire e gestire i progetti in modo errato senza alcuna preoccupazione per la soddisfazione del cliente mentre estrae grandi quantità di denaro dai suoi clienti! Sfortunatamente, ho pagato a Cool Blue Web $ 54.596 di soldi guadagnati duramente senza mai ricevere un sito web funzionale e finito che soddisfacesse le specifiche incluse nella loro proposta. Come alcune altre recensioni su Cool Blue Web che ho letto, ho sperimentato la stessa identica tattica del `` braccio forte '' da Jonathan Martin mentre diventava sempre più combattivo fino a quando alla fine ha citato una quantità elevata inaspettata che sembrava essere un tentativo di farmi va via! Jonathan non aveva assolutamente alcuna preoccupazione per la mia soddisfazione ed era ovvio che questo approccio per concludere un progetto difficile era una pratica comune sperimentata da altri revisori.
Il modo in cui Jonathan Martin ha gestito me e il mio account era un criminale borderline considerando la sua totale mancanza di empatia e la sua incapacità di definire adeguatamente il mio progetto in modo che potesse essere portato a termine con o sotto il budget. È passato più di un anno da quando mi sono separato da Jonathan e Cool Blue Web, ma il dolore emotivo e finanziario che ho vissuto con Jonathan Martin e la sua azienda continua!
