I residenti locali devono sapere che tipo di risorse straordinarie hanno a portata di mano. Finora ho avuto un'ottima esperienza qui e sono davvero entusiasta che Contra Costa abbia questo Centro e che sia gratuito. In realtà non ricordo chi mi ha parlato del CC Crisis Center, ma li ho chiamati poco dopo aver perso mia sorella in un incidente inaspettatamente tragico. Ci sono volute alcune settimane per essere affidato a un consulente individuale, ma ero preparato per questo. Mi hanno abbinato a qualcuno con cui ora mi sento molto a mio agio a stare da solo. Ed è per questo che ci vuole un po 'di tempo. CC Crisis Center può fornire consulenza individuale, di gruppo o entrambe.
Onestamente, non so se i loro servizi vanno oltre la consulenza sul dolore. Ma per la mia perdita, la consulenza per il dolore era ciò di cui avevo bisogno, e ho davvero colpito usando le risorse offerte dal mio piano assicurativo HealthNet. Mi sento così fortunato ad aver trovato questo posto e mi è stato assegnato un consulente che credo mi aiuterà davvero a guarire.
La consulenza individuale potrebbe non essere per tutti, o potrebbe non essere utile per ogni situazione personale, ma per me, per ora, è stato davvero un enorme salvavita. Sono una persona positiva che ha bisogno di aiuto per imparare a soffrire in modo sano e CC Crisis Center lo ha reso possibile. Sono ancora nuovo nel processo di parlare a uno sconosciuto di momenti e sentimenti molto personali, ma credo davvero che questo mi aiuterà a superare la mia perdita nel modo più sano possibile.
