Steven Nelson, che possiede e gestisce l'azienda, dovrebbe vergognarsi del suo comportamento. Ho dovuto chiamare per chiedere aiuto compilando un modulo e la signora al telefono era così disinteressata ad aiutare e sospirava a ogni domanda che avevo come se la stessi annoiando. La seconda volta che ho chiamato era su alcuni moduli fiscali che ho ricevuto. Ho pensato di chiamare per ottenere chiarimenti e mi è stato detto che non potevano aiutare e dovevo contattare un commercialista. Anche se capisco che non possono fornire consulenza fiscale, non hanno potuto darmi la possibilità di chiedere di cosa trattavano i moduli che mi hanno inviato. Vorrei non avere a che fare con questa compagnia.
