Eravamo a Laguardia alle 16:00, la navetta non è arrivata fino alle 17:00 e non ci ha portato al nostro hotel (Hilton) fino alle 18:30 dopo aver preso gli altri lungo la strada. Ho sentito che 2 ore e mezza per l'hotel era inaccettabile. Dovevamo chiamare il giorno prima per la nostra partenza, era in caratteri piccoli nella parte inferiore del voucher e anche se hai impostato la data e l'ora di partenza sul sito web quando hai acquistato la prenotazione, immagino che non sia stato così significa qualsiasi cosa. Dato che abbiamo chiamato la mattina della partenza, non avevano nessuno a prenderci e non avrebbero rimborsato i nostri soldi. Abbiamo preso un taxi, ci è costato circa $ 50 con mancia (che è quasi quello che abbiamo pagato con Continental Guest Services) e ci siamo stati in mezz'ora.
